put on U 55 hp armor.
exit from Doomlore shrine (HM)
run up and take the blessing
run to the hill and kill the charr

go up the hill ..light up the rez spot...and die (signet of agony)
run to the portal

ok let start farming...

run back into the portal to Dalada Uplands
take blessing
kill the charr on the hill..consume copse..pick up drops ..signet of agony to get back down

signet of agony (save U 2-4 sec run) and run back to the portal

drops...
Superb Charr Carvings
small runes
gold stuff
and a lot to salv.

(and do hide behind the rocks)

ohh..and if Vael pops up..just let him die

i was a bit skeptical when i saw the lack of written out build, but i went and gave it a go. to my surprise, it's a very good run. went twice, got two lockpicks. well done!

So why would you want 1hp? To be certain that SV only can kill them?

edit: oh got it, just to die immediatly from signet of agony? to speed up your run?

I guess so, it would just be slower.
As far as I understand the guide, you won't get hit. So you just have to apply SV on the charr (hunters?)

2. 1hp is from the signet of agony
(kill the charr on the hill..consume copse..pick up drops ..signet of agony to get back down)
...no drops on the hill...just move on as a 55

turn on U Ebon Vanguard Title to get a nice +2E kill
